The first conversation is free and carries no obligation — it is about understanding your problem, not selling a package.

    Within one business day

    You get a personal answer, usually with a few clarifying questions and some times for a call.

  2. Free consultation

    30 minutes

    We talk through your goals, the systems and data you already have, and constraints such as data residency or compliance.

  3. Architecture proposal

    After discovery

    If there is a good fit, you receive a fixed-price proposal with the architecture, timeline and success metrics. How discovery works

  4. Your decision

    No pressure

    You decide whether to go ahead. A proposal is not binding until both sides sign an agreement.

How to prepare for the first conversation

A short message is enough to start. If you can, include these three things — they help us give you useful answers in the first call.

  • What you want to change. A process that takes too long, a question your team answers again and again, or a product you want to build.
  • The systems involved. For example your CRM, ERP, document storage, databases or the website you already run.
  • Your constraints. Where data must stay, compliance requirements, deadlines and an approximate budget range.
